Our Story
We saw the CTV opportunity before most did.
MadStream was founded by a team of media veterans, adtech engineers, and streaming specialists who recognized that connected TV was undergoing its defining transformation — but that content owners, advertisers, and creators lacked a single trusted partner to navigate it.
Operating from Warsaw — one of Europe's fastest-growing technology hubs — MadStream has built direct relationships with every major CTV platform, a proprietary programmatic stack, and a full-service operations team capable of handling the complete channel lifecycle.
Today we operate dozens of channels reaching over 100 million monthly impressions across 5 platforms, serving clients from independent creators to multinational broadcasters.
