Welcome to Madstream Sp. z o.o. These Terms of Use govern your access to streaming services on Roku, Amazon Fire TV, the website, and related applications. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
Users must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in their jurisdiction) to use the Service.
2. License Grant
MadStream grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view content on the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use.
3. User Accounts
Users must provide accurate information when registering. They are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and all account activity. MadStream may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations.
4. User Conduct

6. Advertising
The Service features ads from MadStream and partners. Personalized ads require user consent, which can be withdrawn anytime per the Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as-is" and "as-available" with no warranty of uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of Liability
MadStream's liability is limited to amounts paid for Service access in the preceding 12 months.
9. Indemnification
Users indemnify MadStream from claims arising from Service use or Terms violations.
10. Termination
MadStream may terminate access at any time without notice for any reason, including breach.
11. Changes to Terms
Material changes are notified via Platform or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Polish law governs these Terms. Legal proceedings occur exclusively in Warsaw, Poland courts.
13. Severability
Invalid provisions do not affect remaining Terms.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, Privacy Policy, and incorporated documents constitute the complete agreement.
